Charrette is a former rugby player, who gained inspiration from the energy surrounding the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup, leading to a focus on building that same level of excitement and recognition for the USA Women’s 15s National Team through the next World Cup cycles — first in Australia and then on home soil in 2033.
