XV Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to securing diverse and sustainable funding to support USA Rugby Women’s National 15s Team. Our work centers on athlete support, ensuring players are resourced, visible, and valued on the world stage.

XV Foundation is seeking a Grant Coordinator to help identify, pursue, and manage grant funding opportunities in support of our mission. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, writing, and project management—and who wants to make a tangible impact by helping ensure we don’t miss funding opportunities.

The Grant Coordinator will work closely with the Foundation’s co-founders and board members to research grant opportunities, coordinate application materials, manage deadlines, and support the preparation and submission of grant applications.

• Research and identify relevant grant opportunities aligned with XV Foundation’s mission and programs
• Maintain a grant pipeline, including tracking opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirements
• Draft, edit, and submit grant applications with input from co-founders and board members
• Coordinate supporting materials (budgets, impact statements, organizational information, letters of support)
• Engage board members and leadership as needed to provide content, approvals, or signatures
• Track submissions, follow-ups, and reporting requirements for awarded grants
• Help improve internal grant processes and documentation to streamline future applications

• Ideal for someone who can provide consistent support throughout the year

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Experience with grant research, writing, or nonprofit fundraising (professional or volunteer experience welcome)
• Comfortable managing timelines, deadlines, and multiple opportunities at once
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Ability to collaborate with founders, board members, and volunteers
• Familiarity with grant databases or research tools is a plus (but not required)

Grant funding plays a critical role in expanding XV Foundation’s ability to support women’s rugby athletes. This position helps ensure the Foundation is consistently pursuing funding opportunities, strengthening applications, and building long-term sustainability.
