Why It Matters

This year, XV Foundation is making history, shifting from need-based player support to launching the first-ever team-wide performance incentive bonus program for the USA Women's XVs.

Every player selected for the World Cup squad, along with those who train in the lead-up, will earn compensation tied to their progress throughout the tournament. It's a direct investment in their commitment, sacrifice, and pursuit of greatness on the world stage.

Since 2020, XV Foundation has provided over $522,000 in direct financial support to players. Now, we're aiming to raise $150,000 by August to fund this game-changing initiative-and your presence on August 14th helps bring us one step closer.
